Vitru is an exclusive gym and healing center located in Los Angeles & select global locations. The client came to Ratowsky Creative wanting a new brand identity based around Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man. The drawing is based on the correlations of ideal human proportions with geometry described by the ancient Roman architect Vitruvius in Book III of his treatise De architectura. Vitruvius described the human figure as being the principal source of proportion among the classical orders of architecture. Ratowsky Creative developed the brand identity to hold to those same rules of balance, architecture and geometry.
